PURPOSE: To contrive to enhance the finish of cooking and to reduce space, by a method wherein cooking plates are placed on two plate-supporting frames connected to each other by Z-shaped connecting members, in a cooker for an electronic kitchen stove with oven or the like.
CONSTITUTION: When the plate-supporting frame 4 is rotated in the direction of an arrow A, each of the connecting members 5 is rotated with a connecting part 6 between the member 5 and the frame 4 and a connecting part 6 between the plate-supporting frame 3 and the member 5 as fulcrums, so that the frames 3, 4 are spaced from each other by a predetermined vertical distance. Then, the frame 3 of the cooker is placed on the cooking plate 1, and the cooking plate 9 is placed on the frame 4. Accordingly, a sponge cake or the like can be cooked to an enhanced finish without any mark of a hurdle stand left thereon, and the containing space can be reduced.
