PURPOSE: To enable to carry out cooking in a stable manner, by designing a shelf plate to be placed in a heating chamber such that various accessory parts can be fitted to the shell plate in freely detachable manner, and thereby preventing movement of these accessory parts during cooking.
CONSTITUTION: In case that a cooking net is used as an accessory part, shelf plate 1 is composed of bottom plate portion 2 on which things to be cooked are placed, rising portion 3 formed around the periphery of said bottom plate portion 2 and flange portion 4. On the other hand, cooking net 5 is designed to have support rods 5a at each corner portion thereof and each of these support rods 5a is formed at its lower end with a groove 6 into which said flange portion 4 of shelf plate 1 is fitted in freely detachable manner. With such an arrangement, accessory parts attached to a pivotally movable shelf plate can be supported in a stable manner.
