To provide a cooking bag package which allows cooking on a microwave oven, and includes a cooking bag and a cooking food material sealed in the cooking bag beforehand.

The cooking bag is made of a film body of laminated polyolefin resin films, and is provided with an opening which is adapted to open the cooking bag and close it hermetically in cooking. The film body consists of an inner film layer made of a polyolefin resin film having micropores allowing steam to pass therethrough, and an outer film layer which is at least fixed to one surface of the inner film and has micropores allowing steam to pass therethrough. Both films have such a function as to adjust the amount of steam passing through the micropores under heat. As a result, when the cooking food material in the cooking bag is heated to increase the inner pressure of the cooking bag, steam is allowed to escape from the cooking bag to the outside in response to the inner pressure.
