PURPOSE: To reduce the data quantity required to be stored in advance by preparing the binary data of a specific bit length containing the corresponding level information for individual processes corresponding to menu numbers in advance.
CONSTITUTION: A decimal menu 02 is selected, and the sexadecimal data 499H are displayed as the binary data from a conversion table. The numeric data are extracted two bits by two bits from the least significant bit and distributed to individual processes. The least significant two bits indicate first MIX, the next two bits indicate the first FERM in the fermenting process, the next two bits indicate the second MIX, the next two bits indicate the final PROOF in the molding fermenting process, the next two bits indicate Baking, and the next two bits indicate Baking Control. For the data contents of these extracted two bits, 00 of each process indicates the level 1 of the process control variable, 01 indicates the level 2, 10 indicates the level 3, and 11 indicates the level 4. The following memory capacity is required: 200 bytes for the conversion table, 36 bytes for a data table, and 18 bytes for the generation control data, thus resulting in about 254 bytes in total.
