To provide a cooking device which can surely hold the lid to increase safety, and at the same time, can improve usability.
The lid 4 is equipped with a clamp lever 19 which is freely slidable in the radial direction and is urged in the outer peripheral direction of the lid 4 by a spring 21, and a release button 12 which can be freely projected/retracted from/into the upper surface of the lid 4 and is urged upward by a spring 15. On the clamp lever 19, a bent part 22 having a slope which gradually tilts downward to the internal surface side of a button 3 is formed. At the same time, on the release button 12, a working part 18 having a slope which comes into sliding-contact with the slope of the bent part 22 of the clamp lever 19 is formed. When the release button 12 is pressed, the clamp lever 19 is made to slide to the central side of the lid 4 while resisting the urging force of the spring 21 by a relative movement of the slopes of the working part 18 of the release button 12 and the bent part of the clamp lever 19, and the holding force of the lid 4 to the bottle 3 is released.
