To enable both side baking of a food and repeated used by improvement of durability and safety, in a microwave heating sheet that is a cooking tool.
A cooking device includes: ferrite powder 20 consisting of a metal oxide having a Curie temperature within the range of 200-300°C; a binder having heat resistance equal to or larger than the Curie temperature of the ferrite powder 20; and a food fixing means for fixing the food 22 to the microwave heating sheet 17 consisting of a mixture 13 made of a non-adhesive material. Thus, cooking performance of the food 22 by means of the both side baking is improved, and the Curie temperature of the ferrite powder 20 is used to prevent an excessive temperature rise of 300°C or higher. As a result, the deterioration or breakage of components is prevented and durability and safety are improved.
