Abstract:
To provide a cooking device which can suppress the discharge of a gas including soot or the like from a heating chamber while suppressing the consumption of a fuel.SOLUTION: A cooking burner 40, 41 heats an object 90 to be cooked arranged in a heating chamber 2. A smoke removing burner 42 heats a gas discharged from the heating chamber 2. A first heating power changing part changes heating power of the cooking burner 40, 41. A second heating power changing part changes heating power of the smoke removing burner 42. A temperature detecting part 34 detects a temperature correlated with a temperature of the object 90 to be cooked or the temperature of the object 90 to be cooked. A control part controls the second heating power changing part when the temperature detected by the temperature detecting part 34 is a prescribed temperature or higher and ignites the smoke removing burner 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
