Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the title grill of which the inside is well lighted and in which the conditions roasted can be observed in a standing posture, by a method wherein burners each are provided on the wall surfaces of the inside of a grill case and a viewing window, which transmits light, is provided on the ceiling surface of the grill case.
CONSTITUTION: Burners 30a, 30b each are provided on the wall surfaces of both sides, left and right, of the inside of a grill case 14. On a top board 16, a viewing window 34 for observing foods to be cooked at the inside of the grill case 14 is provided at the position to be at the ceiling surface of the grill case 14 and a light 36 is fitted in the viewing window 34. The burners 30a, 30b at the inside of the grill case 14 are ignited and the foods to be cooked are heated and cooked by the heat thereof. At that time, since the inside of the grill case 14 is lighted through the viewing window 34, which transmits light, provided on the top board 16, a cooker can observe the inside of the grill case 14 through the viewing window 34. For that reason, the conditions that the foods to be cooked at the inside of the grill case 14 are roasted can be well observed as compared with a peep through a window glass 24 on a door 22 for the grill case 14. In addition, the cooker can throughout observe the inner part of the grill case 14, in a naturally standing posture.
