Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking machine capable of preventing the looseness of a rotation axis.SOLUTION: A mixer deice 1, which is a cooking machine, includes a housing 16, and a rotational axis 26 in a vertical direction is inserted in the housing 16. Two bearings 36 and 37 are arranged in the housing 16, spaced from each other. Two oil seals 31 and 32 are arranged in the housing 16 so as to sandwich the two bearings 36 and 37 from above and below. A fixing nut 40 is attached to the lower end of the rotation axis 26, and fixes inner rings 36a and 37a of the two bearings 36 and 37 to the rotation axis 26.
