PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of a special practice table for a student sat on a wheelchair by providing an elevating device between a cooking table and a leg part and by providing the leg part with a space to be used by the student sat on the wheelchair for cooking using a gas cooker mounting part, a sink, and a cooking plate.

CONSTITUTION: A cooking practice table 1 is composed of a space 9 where a student sat on the wheelchair is able to perform cooking, a leg part 2 with the space 9, and an elevating device 4 which raises/lowers a cooking table 3. The cooking table 3 is composed of a gas cooker mounting part 5, a sink 6, and a cooking plate 7. A drainage port is provided at a corner of the sink 6, for example. For the elevating device 4, by turning a manual handle, a worm gear in a worm gear box 21 rotates rotational shafts 14 and 14, and bevel gears 13 and 13 raise/lower screw rods 5 to stop the cooking table 3 at a desired position.
