Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cooking receptacle material causing no scorch of food thereto in heating work of the food, facilitating washing after cooking and having satisfactory thermal efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: For cooking receptacle material is used an alloy consisting of 30-80wt.% of Cu, 14-11wt.% of Al, as selective element 3-11wt.% of Cr, 0.5-1.0wt.% of SiO, 0.05-0.1wt.% of sum of one or both of Ce and La, the balance Fe and inevitable impurity elements. An alumina film having a firm surface is formed after forming the cooking receptacle by one or two-stage heating process at 500-1000°C in the atmosphere.
