PURPOSE: To steam a cooking ingredient without dropped steamed oozed soup by placing a steaming basket through a partition wall plate on a water heating pot, placing a cooking ingredient dished up on a tray on a drainboard in the steaming basket, putting a cover plate material on the pot and heating water in the pot to generate steam.

CONSTITUTION: A water heating pot 6 is placed on a heater 5, a steaming basket 1 is placed through a partition wall plate 8 on the pot, a cooking ingredient 3 dished up on a tray 4 is laid on a drainboard 2 in the steaming basket 1, water in the pot 6 is heated by the heater 5, steam is generated and steamed oozed soup is permeated into the cooking ingredient to steam the ingredient. Steaming baskets may be piled in plural stages and the cooking ingredient is dressed.
