Abstract:

To provide a humidifier that can reduce the fluctuation in humidity and permits easy maintenance and is hygienic for finishing the frozen bread dough to the bread of good quality, because the conventional frozen bread dough baking unit through the refrigeration, thawing and fermentation from the frozen bread dough has the defects that the quality of the water in the humidifier tends to deteriorate, the maintenance of the humidifier is difficult, the humidities tend to differ between in the upper chamber and in the lower chamber since conventional bread dough preparation machine has only one humidifier and two steam outlets.

The objective humidifier is constituted with the lid cover 19 equipped with the heater 9, the temperature detector 13, the liquid level detector 10, the water-feeding inlet 11, the steam-feeding outlet 12 and the main body 14 equipped with the water-draining outlets 15 and 16.
