PURPOSE: To make it possible to make boiled dishes, cooked dishes, baked dished and steamed dishes with a microwave oven and to make pot-boiled dishes and baked dishes with an electromagnetic cooker by providing a cooking utensil made of a viscous mineral with an electromagnetic inducing body at any required position.
CONSTITUTION: A main body 1 of a cooking utensil made of a viscous mineral containing 5∼85% of Betterlite is provided with an electromagnetic inducing body 3. With this constitution, microwaves are drawn to the central part of the cooking utensil 1 by the effect of the electromagnetic inducing body 3 regardless of models of microwave ovens. The electromagnetic inducing body 3 polarizes and produces effects of charge storage and heat generation. The heat of the utensil body 1 generated, together with the heating by the microwave, performs uniform cooking. This makes it possible to make pot-boiled dishes, rice cooking, steamed dishes and baked dishes within a short time. It is also possible to make pot-boiled dishes and baked dishes with trances of burns with an electromagnetic cooker.
