Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cooking device in which temperature of cooking medium can be kept uniform, in which heat can be efficiently transmitted to the cooking medium, and in which heat can be transmitted to the surface of a vat without giving damage by burning. CONSTITUTION: A device is provided with a vat 1 in which cooking medium is put, a U-shaped heat exchanging tube disposed in the vat 1, a burner nozzle 10 mutually connected to one end part of the tube, a conduit 9 connected to the burner nozzle 10, a heat insulation box 25 to surround the vat 1, and a combustion product flow passage extended from the other end part of the heat exchanging tube to a gas discharge duct 33, and composed to thermally get in contact with the vat 1.
