Abstract:

To provide cooking utensils for a microwave oven capable of reducing the unevenness in heating in microwave oven cooking in safety, and improving eating quality of food cooked by the microwave oven.

This sheet-shaped cooking utensil for the microwave oven is obtained by charging a composition including polyol fatty acid ester compound having an average esterification rate of 20-85%, and a content of 14-24C fatty acid in fatty acid of 80 mass% or more, in a plastic bag-shaped sheet.
