Abstract:
To provide a cookstove with a top plate cover superior in safety without intruding exhaust gas into the top plate cover with a simple structure.
A cutout part 3 is arranged in a lower end part of the top plate cover 2, and is constituted so that an exhaust port 10 is opened in the atmosphere by positioning the cutout part 3 just above the exhaust port 10 when closing a cover as mentioned later. When starting combustion of a grill burner 9e, the exhaust gas is introduced to the exhaust port 10, and is released in the atmosphere by rising in the cutout part 3 arranged in a just above part of the exhaust port 10. Thus, even if the grill is burnt in a cover closing state by mistake, the top plate cover 2 is not heated by the exhaust gas.
