Abstract:
To improve detection accuracy when detecting outside temperature using a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of a condenser.SOLUTION: A refrigerator 1 is equipped with a cooling unit 19 that has an inverter compressor 20, a condenser 21, a condenser fan 26 and an evaporator 24; a clogging thermistor 35 that detects the temperature of the condenser 21, and a control portion 31. In the refrigerator 1, the control portion 31 executes cooling operation that operates the cooling unit 19 to cool the inside of the storage, defrosting operation that stops the inverter compressor 20 when a predetermined defrosting start condition is established, thereby defrosting an evaporator 24, temperature detection processing that rotates the condenser fan 26 in the defrosting operation, and detects the temperature of the condenser 21 by the clogging thermistor 35 when a predetermined time has passed since the rotations of the condenser fan 26 is started, and a restarting process for finishing the defrosting operation when a predetermined defrosting finish condition is established and restarting the cooling operation, which stand by the restarting of the cooling operation until the predetermined time has passed when the defrosting operation finishes before the predetermined time has passed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
