Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling property of both members without increasing the clearance between the fitting cylindrical surfaces of a compliant frame and a guide frame by engaging the upper part of the compliant frame to a fixed scroll or fastening the both together by a leaf spring, and engaging the lower part with the guide frame.
SOLUTION: After a guide frame 15 is fixed to a sealed vessel 10 by shrinkage fitting or welding, the lower fitting cylindrical surface 3e of a compliant frame 3 is fitted to the lower fitting cylindrical surface 15b of the guide frame 15 from above. Thereafter, parts such as main spindle and oscillating scroll are integrated thereto, the fitting cylindrical surface 1e of a fixed scroll 1 is fitted to the upper fitting cylindrical surface 3d of the compliant frame 3 from above. By adapting such fitting method and assembling method, the assembling can be performed without any trouble by the regulation in the fitting of the fixed scroll 1 even if the concentricity in the fitting cylindrical surfaces in two positions of the compliant frame 2 is poor.
