To prevent remarkable increasing of pressure in a clearance between a hose and a metal bellow in a coolant piping which is prepared by covering an outer peripheral part of a rubber hose for flowing coolant by means of a cylindrical metal cover, and airtightly fixing both ends of the metal cover to an outer peripheral part of the hose.
Both ends of a metal cover 6 are airtightly fixed to an outer periphery of a hose 1 by means of cylindrical attaching members 9, 90 made of elastic material. A communication port 92 which can communicate a clearance between the hose 1 and the metal cover 6 with the outside of the metal cover 6. The communication port 92 is normally blocked by elasticity of the attaching member 9. When the pressure in the clearance C1 reaches a specified value, the communication port 92 is opened for communicating the clearance C1 with the outside of the metal cover 6.
