Abstract:
To provide a coolant supply apparatus for feeding a cooling fluid to an outer surface of a tool fastened to a tool holder of a machine tool by a fastening nut.
A fastening nut 4 has a guide element 5 which is a guide tube 8 for surrounding a tool shank 1 with a space for demarcating an annular space 9. The guide tube 8 has a funnel-shaped expansion part 6 having an outer edge 7 to be connected to the fastening nut 4 on the machine side of the guide tube 8.
