Abstract:

PURPOSE: To effect heat dissipating operation with a simple structure by a method wherein a heat dissipating plate, contacted with a surface exposed to the outside of the receiving space of a thermoelectric converting element, and provided with a part having wavy configuration, is provided.

CONSTITUTION: A cooled storage chamber is constituted of a box body 11, whose front surface is opened, and a lid body, capable of opening and closing the opening, while a receiving space 13 is formed of the box body 11 and the lid body and the box body 11 as well as the lid body are constituted of members having heat insulating property such as urethane or the like. A thermoelectric converting element 14 is arranged in a penetrating hole 15, formed on the vertical surface 11a of the box body 11 so that the cooling surface 14a of the thermoelectric converting element 14 becomes the inside of the receiving space 13 while the heat dissipating surface 14b becomes the outside of the receiving space 13. The heat dissipating plate 17 is formed so as to have wavy form about a contacting position with the heat dissipating surface 14b of the thermoelectric converting element 14 and a mounting unit 17a is fixed to the end surface 11b of the box body 11 while a heat dissipating space 19 is formed between the heat dissipating plate 17 and the box body 11. Further, one end surface 17b of the heat dissipating plate 17 is contacted thermally with outside air and the other end surface 17b is contacted theremally with the heat dissipating surface 14b of the thermoelectric converting element 14 through a heat transfer block 18.
