The cooler 100 includes cooling medium piping 101 in which refrigerant R flows, a water cooling part 102 to feed water to an outer surface of the refrigerant piping 101, and an air cooling part 103 to blow air to the refrigerant piping 101. The refrigerant piping 101 comprises main piping 110 to which water is sent downward from the water cooling part 102, and a plurality of refrigerant branch pipes 112 extended from the main piping 110 diagonally downward to the vertical direction to be almost parallel to each other in the horizontal direction. It is disposed with inclination in such a way that the main piping 110 is on the operator's side as seen from the upstream side of the flow direction of air A by the air cooling part 103.
