PURPOSE: To improve a cool effect of a rug by providing an air supply passage therein, and forcibly feeding the air to the passage via a blower, a pump or the like, thereby rapidly and forcibly removing heat stored at a part in contact with a human body.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of ribs 4 substantially extending parallel to each other between a top plate 2 and a bottom plate 3. A cooler body to become a seat mat is constituted. And, an air supply passage 5 is formed of the ribs 4. And, the plate 2 and the plate 3 opposed in space thereto are surrounded at three sides by sealing materials 6. An opening is formed at one side to become an air supply port 7, thereby diffusing an air flow. A blower 8 has a fan 9 and a motor 10, and is integrated with the body the fan 9 sucks the ambient air from a fan suction port, and feeds the air to the port 7 via the passage 5. The blower 8 is externally provided separately from the body. Thus, the blower 8 can be connected to the body via an air supply hose.
