Abstract:
To provide a cooling apparatus of gas depositing solid by cooling, stably and continuously operable over a long period without causing clogging.
The problem can be resolved by the cooling apparatus in which an inlet port of the cooling object gas is provided at an upper part of a tapered cylindrical body, multiple cooling gas blowing-out ports forming a swirling flow by blowing out the gas in the circumferential direction are provided on the upper circumferential wall of the tapered cylindrical body; a discharge port of the cooling object gas containing powder deposited by cooling is provided at a lower part; and an gas flow direction changing vanes are attached at the blowing out ports for directing the blow-out direction downward.
