This cooling chamber is provided with a casing 1 having the heat-conductive inner container 3, a heat sink 13 provided as a heat absorbing part in an inside of the inner container 3, a Stirling cycle refrigerator 7 arranged outside the inner container 3, a condenser 19 fixed to a cooling part 7a of the Stirling cycle refrigerator 7, and a heat pipe 20 connected between the heat sink 13 and the condenser 19 and sealed with a refrigerant in its inside. One end of the heat pipe 20 is formed into a leading-up part 22 for contacting with the heat sink 13 and the inner container 3, and a bently curved part 23 is formed to contact with the condenser 19 from an upper end of the leading-up part 22 toward the cooling part 7a.
