PURPOSE: To simplify the drying and cleaning work of a cooling concentration apparatus to be used for distillation and concentration of a substance to be distilled and surely remove a polluting substance adhering to an outer cylinder part and a cooling concentrating part.

CONSTITUTION: A cooling concentation apparatus is composed of an outer cylinder part 4 and a cooling concentration part 3 installed in the inside and the outer cylinder part 4 and cooling concentration part 3 are separated in the way they can be attached each other freely. A sliding and fitting part 5a is formed in the separating part of the cooling concentration part 3 and a sliding and fitting part 5b is formed in the separating part of the outer cylinder part 4, so that the outer cylinder part 4 and the cooling concentration part 3 are attached each other freely. As a result, the cleaning efficiency is heightened and the polluting substance from the apparatus at the time of distillation and concentation is prevented from being mixed.
