Abstract:
PURPOSE:To raise the cooling effect and make the temperature distribution uniform, by manufacturing a moving vane of a structural core, an outside metal plate and a high-thermal-conductivity metal layer which has recesses for making cooling fluid passages between the core and the metal plate. CONSTITUTION:The moving vane for gas turbine comprises the structural core 35, the thermal high-thermal-conductivity metal layer 45 provided on the outside surface of the core, and the outside metal plate 40 provided on the outside surface of the metal layer. The metal layer has the recesses 46 extending in the radial direction and located on the front and rear sides of the moving vane. The recesses on the rear side of the moving vane are closed with the metal plate 40, thereby defining cooling fluid passages 25. The recesses on the front side of the moving vane are closed with the structural core 35, thereby defining cooling fluid passages 25. A coolant is introduced into the passages 25. Minute liquid drops of the coolant collide against the walls of the passages 25 due to the revolution of the turbine so that a liquid film 60 is made on each wall. The purpose is thus attained.
