Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling control method for cold air cooler for attaining and keeping low temperature humid storing state suitable for fruits and vegetables, even if an ambient temperature is extremely lowered to -10 to -30°C.SOLUTION: When an ambient temperature is lowered to a low temperature equal to or less than -10°C and a cold air cooler 1 performs a cooling operation, an outside fan 8 for blowing air to a condenser 3 is rotated at a certain fan speed to assure a pressure of refrigerant. In concurrence with this operation, an inside fan 6 is proportionally controlled and rotated in such a way that its rotating speed is increased as the ambient air temperature decreases. With this arrangement, a surface temperature of a cooling unit 2 is kept steady at a prescribed evaporation temperature (-15°C) or more and cooling operation is carried out. Thus, the inside of a cold storage chamber or the like can be kept in a low temperature humid state.
