To provide a new and improved cooling conveying device for food which maximizes a cooling effect, effectively prevents such a phenomenon as food pinching because of friction with peripheral facilities of a conveyor, and can smoothly convey uncontaminated products.
A cooling dedicated conveyor is configured to maximize a cooling effect by separately supplying cooled air to each conveyor division conveying the food fried at a high temperature to directly bring the cooled air into contact with the food as it is during conveyance, and auxiliary conveyors are provided on both side faces of the cooling dedicated conveyor to be driven simultaneously with the cooling dedicated conveyor. Thus, there is provided the cooling conveying device for food which effectively prevents such a phenomenon as food pinching because of friction with the peripheral facilities of the conveyor, and can implement smooth conveyance.
