Abstract:
To provide a cooling device and a cooling method that allow cooling of a member to be cooled, particularly, a flat-plate like member to be cooled without unevenness.
The cooling device has a blower 3 and a stirring member 7 that is arranged between an air blowing port of the blower 3 and an object 1 to be cooled so as to stir cooling air blown by the blower 3. Preferably, the cooling device is composed as follows. The stirring member 7 comprises each elastic plate 7 that is composed of an elastic body and whose one end is fixed. Each elastic plate 7 is oscillated by a cooling-air flow so as to stir cooling air.
