To provide a cooling device of an amphibian vehicle which can reduce response delay of an engine-cooling fan driving force when an on-ground traveling mode is switched to an on-water navigation mode.
A cooling device of an amphibian vehicle includes: a cooling fan 13 which takes in traveling wind into a radiator 12 and promotes heat exchange of an engine coolant; an en electric motor 14 which drives the cooling fan 13; an ultrasonic sensor 15 which detects a distance between a vehicle and a ground surface or a bottom of water; and an electronic control unit 16 which drive-controls the electronic motor 14 so that a drive force of the cooling fan 13 increases based on a detection signal from the ultrasonic sensor 15 when it is determined that the vehicle is switched from an on-ground traveling mode to an on-water navigation mode.
