To provide a cooling device which evenly flows a working fluid in a heat receiving space to draw heat without allowing the flowing working fluid to flow in the shortest path between an inlet port and an outer port thereby improving the cooling performance.
A cooling device includes: a working fluid dripping part 21 located at a center part of a heat receiving plate 12; and a diffuser panel 22 forming a passage from the working fluid dripping part 21 toward an outer periphery. In a heat receiving plate cover 14, an inlet port 15 is disposed facing the center part of the heat receiving plate 12, and an outlet port 16 is disposed facing an outer peripheral part of the heat receiving plate 12. The heat receiving plate cover 14 includes a guide plate 22b guiding a working fluid 10 from the inlet port 15 side to the outlet port 16.
