A heat receiver 8 includes: a heat receiving plate 12 having a heat absorption part 17 (a semiconductor switching element 6 area part), which is placed in contact with a semiconductor switching element 6 (one example of a heating element) and absorbs heat, on the rear surface side; and a heat receiving plate cover 14 which covers the front surface side of the heat receiving plate 12 through a space. An inclined part 18, which is downwardly inclined toward the heat absorption part 17, is provided at a refrigerant drop part 20 of an inflow port 15 of the heat receiving plate 12.
