Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pipe-type cooling device that efficiently performs cooling.SOLUTION: A cooling device includes: a hollow base 4 in which a heat receiving part 5 having one surface fitted with a heating element 2 is provided in an approximately central part; a plurality of heat radiation parts 3 that are provided in the state of protruding to the other side of the heat receiving part 5, on a surface, facing the heat receiving part 5, of the base, and the insides of which communicate with the inside of the base 4; and a working fluid that is encapsulated in the base 4 and the heat radiation parts 3. A liquid collecting mechanism for collecting the working fluid into the heat receiving part 5 is provided. Thus, cooling can be efficiently performed.
