To provide a cooling device performing cooling without time lag, thereby suppressing power consumption.
A transmission output level and a fan rotation control signal are stored in advance in a correlation table 12. A baseband 3 sends out to a power amplifier 4 transmission output information for controlling a transmission output level. The power amplifier 4 amplifies a transmission signal up to a transmission output level corresponding to the transmission output information, and sends out the amplified transmission signal by radio. The baseband 3 monitors a transmission output level information 8 on the controlled transmission output level according to a transmission output information 7, and sends out the transmission output level information 8 to a fan control unit 5 simultaneously with sending the transmission output information 7. The transmission output level information 8 is converted into a fan rotation control signal 9 using the correlation table 12, and a fan is controlled with the fan rotation control signal 9.
