Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent release of a cooling medium due to frosting of the cooling medium and to make effective use of the cooling medium.SOLUTION: A cooling device 10 comprises: a vessel 12 that can be evacuated; a cooling medium holding portion 14 arranged in the vessel 12, holding a cooling medium, and having a region in contact with vacuum; a cooling medium supply pipe 16 having a supply hole supplying the cooling medium to the cooling medium holding portion 14 and arranged in the cooling medium holding portion 14; and a heat exchanger 18 transferring heat of a cooling target to the cooling medium holding portion 14.
