Abstract:
To provide a cooling device capable of uniformly cooling by reducing a temperature difference throughout the entire range of a heat sink.
This cooling device installed under a heating element to cool the heating element and cooling the heat sink in which flat fins are formed on a square substrate comprises an intake fan installed at the longitudinal both ends of the heat sink, an exhaust fan installed at the longitudinal center part of the heat sink, and a Peltier element installed at the longitudinal center part of the heat sink.
