Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which can be installed stably with a simple construction.SOLUTION: In a cooling device 1, a cryostat 2 is mounted on a magnetic field generator 80 while a joint portion 30 at which the lower end surface 15 of a first heat transfer portion 10 and a flange portion 22 of a second heat transfer portion 20 are fixed to each other is in contact with the magnetic field generator 80. Since the diameter of the first heat transfer 10 is larger than that of the second heat transfer portion 20, the load caused by a refrigerating machine 3, the first heat transfer portion 10 and the second heat transfer portion 20 can be stably received by the magnetic field generator 80, so that the cooling device 1 containing the cryostat 2 can be stably mounted. A conventional cryostat requires a support member or the like to enhance stability, whereas the cooling device of the present invention can enhance stability with a simpler construction.
