Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device that has a cleaning structure enabling appropriate cleaning of fragments of food materials while saving water by eliminating waste consumption of cleaning water.SOLUTION: A cleaning structure for cooling inside of a cooling chamber 2 includes: a cleaning water injection section 34 for injecting cleaning water into the cooling chamber 2; a water storage tank 35 for storing the cleaning water; a cleaning water supply section 36 for supplying the cleaning water from a cleaning water supply source to the water storage tank 35; a cleaning water feeding passage 37 for connecting the cleaning water injection section 34 with the water storage tank 35; and a feed pump 38 for pressure-feeding the cleaning water in the water storage tank 35 to the cleaning water injection section 34. The cleaning water injected from the cleaning water injection section 34 is made to flow down from a water collection port 51 provided at a bottom of the cooling chamber 2 to the water storage tank 35 and while the cleaning water is repeatedly circulated between the cleaning water injection section 34 and the water storage tank 35, inside of the cooling chamber 2 is cleaned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
