Abstract:
To provide a cooling device with superior cooling performance than conventional ones.SOLUTION: A cooling device 1 includes an inlet 111, an outlet 121, a cooling portion 12, an intermediate flow path 11 having an axis in a cross direction that intersects with the inflow direction of a refrigerant, and whose inner surface is formed by a surface facing in a radial direction from the axis, and a diffusion port 113 that is connected to the cooling portion 12 and diffuses the refrigerant from the intermediate flow path 11 to the cooling portion 12. The intermediate flow path 11 includes a spiral flow generating portion 112 that is formed to flow along the inner surface centered on the axis of the intermediate flow path 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
