Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device having simple and economical production and application thereof, and having general-purpose use.
SOLUTION: This cooling device has a plurality of adjacently disposed evaporation chambers each having one opening side face and boundary wall of a heat transferring material, wherein a fleece impregnated with a liquid is disposed on the inner face of the boundary wall and wherein the outer face of the wall is suitable for contact with a cooled substance. The cooling device has a plurality of adjacently disposed condensation chambers corresponding to the number of the evaporation chambers, each having one opening side face and boundary wall of a heat transferring material, suitable for radiation of heat to surrounding environment through each the outer face. In each the evaporation chamber, a space part airtightly sealed and partially formed with a vacuum is formed between the evaporation chamber and the condensation chamber. Thereby, the evaporation chamber communicates with a prescribed condensation chamber through the opening side face of each the evaporation chamber such that the liquid contained in the fleece of the evaporation chamber evaporates in the space part, condenses on the inner face of the corresponding condensation chamber, and is newly transferred to the fleece, in time of operation.
