To provide a cooling fan apparatus for a vehicle, which apparatus can suppress the over cooling of an engine without adding a mechanism for interrupting the air passed through the cooling fan.
A fan 24 comprising a plurality of fan blades 48A, 48B, 48C, 49A, 49B arranged circumferentially at unequal pitches is arranged in front of the engine 14 on the front side of the vehicle such that a part of its width overlaps with the engine 14 in a front view of the vehicle. The gravity center G of the fan 24 is located on the fan blade 49A. As a result, when the operation has been stopped, the high-density arrangement portion 24B of the fan blades 48A, 48B, 48C, 49A, 49B of the fan 24 is located in the position overlapped with the engine 14 in the front view of the vehicle.
