PURPOSE: To obtain the cooling and heating device in combination for utilizing in a cattle shed and the like by a method wherein the device is composed so that a radiating pipe connected to a discharging pipe and the both cooling and heating device are arranged in a duct made of fiber mat, and the duct is connected to a blower.

CONSTITUTION: In case of the cooling with moistening in a greenhouse H, a valve 25 is opened for injecting a water into a pressure tank 21 through a discharging pipe 11, an air intake duct 26 is opened by a damper 28, then a lower temperature air in outdoor is transferred with pressure into a fiber duct 1 by a blower 17. Thereby, a discharged water 11 is sprayed, injected and evaporated by the lower temperature sucked air, the inside of the greenhouse H is cooled and moistened. In case of no requiring of moistening, a heat pump 22 is driven in a cold water supplying system, then the greenhouse is cooled. In case of heating, the heat pump 22 is changed-over to a warm water supplying system, the blower 17 is driven. By said structure, the cooling and heating can be performed selectively by only one unit.
