Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling and heating device, capable of cooling simultaneously with heating by employing compressed air while permitting the miniaturization as well as the reduction of weight of the device easily.
SOLUTION: A cooling and heating device 10 is provided with a suction pipe 11, introducing compressed air, a cold air generating unit 12, changing inflow air from the suction pipe 11 into spiral air stream and sending out the axial part air stream of the spiral air stream, and a warm air generating unit 13, sending out the outer peripheral air stream of the spiral air stream. The spiral air stream is generated in a spiral air stream generating tube 14 by the inflow compressed air through the suction pipe 11 and the pressure of the air is increased in the outer peripheral part of the spiral air stream whereby the temperature of the same is raised while the air pressure is reduced in the axial part of the spiral air stream and the temperature of the same is reduced whereby cold axial part air stream is sent out of a cold air outlet pipe 15 while the warm outer peripheral air stream is sent out of a warm air outlet port 19.
