In a heat medium circuit C of the heating device B through which heat medium heated by the boiler unit 10 is circulated into heat radiating equipments 21, 22, three-way valves 31, 32 are provided for circulating either the heat medium heated by the boiler unit 10 or heat medium cooled with heat exchange in a ground. A ground heat exchange unit 40 for cooling the heat medium with heat exchange in the ground is connected to the three-way valves 31, 32. During cooling operation, the heat medium cooled with the heat exchange in the ground is circulated through the three-way valves 31, 32 into the heat radiating equipments 21, 22.
