Title:
COOLING HOLE RE-MACHINING METHOD OF ENGINE PARTS, AND COOLING HOLE RE-MACHINING DEVICE TO BE USED IN THE METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3657331
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To re-machine cooling holes with excellent workability and accuracy without deteriorating the adhesivity of a coating layer in the vicinity of an opening part of the cooling holes.
SOLUTION: After the heat resistant coating is executed to an engine parts (turbine blade 1) in which a large number of cooling holes 2 are formed, an opening edge part of the cooling holes is re-machined to the prescribed dimension, the fluid of very high pressure flow out from a cooling fluid feed passage 3 which is provided in the engine parts (turbine blade 1) and communicated with the cooling holes 2 outward of the cooling holes 2 to remove the coating material entered into the opening edge part.
