Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothen the cutting work while preventing the generation of failure of a suction pump due to the air suction in a cooling liquid circulating device with the structure that the suction pump sucks the suspension.
SOLUTION: In this cooling liquid circulating device IA, when performing the cutting while supplying the cooling liquid to a blade edge the suspension of the mixture of the chips generated by cutting and the cooling liquid is recovered by a suction pump 5, and filtered so as to eliminate the chips, and supplied as the cooling liquid to the blade tip again. This cooling liquid circulating device is provided with a control means for controlling ON/OFF of the suction pump 5 for intermittent operation. The control means 9 includes a twin timer 9f capable of separately setting the ON time and the OFF time, and the twin timer 9f is built in a power source box 9A connected to the suction pump 5.
