To provide a cooling machine having a cooling efficiency increased by bringing a cooled material into direct contact with a cooling part while uniformly mixing the cooled material.
This cooling machine 11 comprises an outer tube 12, an inner tube 13, an outer tube body 14, a rotating shaft 15, a drive mechanism 16 rotating the rotating shaft 15, and a cooling drum 18. A part of a cooling water filled from one end side of the rotating shaft 15 into a water channel 24 enters again into the water channel 24 in the rotating shaft 15 through the cooling water channel 38. Also, the cooling water enters from a cooling water inlet 20 into the outer tube 12 through a rotary joint 29 fitted to the other end side of the rotating shaft 15 and is discharged from a cooling water outlet 19.
