The opening part 9 is formed by being dislocated in the vehicle width direction from above an exhaust pipe 28 so that the battery pack 5 is juxtaposed in the vehicle width direction with the exhaust pipe 28. An air-intake device 10 is arranged on a top surface of the battery pack 5, an intake port 14 of the air-intake device 10 opens in front of a vehicle in a front edge part of the top surface of the battery pack 5, and an exhaust port 16 of an exhaust duct 11 opens in the rear of the vehicle in the rear of the battery pack 5. A filter element 19 for removing the foreign matter is arranged between a body part 17 and a cover part 18 for constituting the air-intake device 10. A service lid 20 for maintenance work of the filter element 19 is formed on a ceiling surface of the cover panel 12.
